Booking & visits
Who performs the treatments at Aestria?
Every treatment plan at Aestria is created and overseen by Dr. Trishany Adams, a medical doctor focused on evidence-based skincare and aesthetic medicine. That means your care starts with a medical assessment, not a sales pitch.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes, for most medical treatments. Your consultation covers your skin, medical history, medications and goals, so Dr. Adams can recommend what will actually work for you and rule out anything that wouldn't be safe.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online any time through Fresha, or call us on 876-877-7149 during opening hours.
Where are you located, and when are you open?

How much do treatments cost?
Prices depend on the treatment and the plan that's right for you. You can see current prices when you book on Fresha, and Dr. Adams will go through costs with you at your consultation before any treatment begins.
Treatments
How long does Botox last?
Results usually appear within 3 to 7 days, are fully settled at around two weeks, and typically last three to four months. With regular treatments, many people find their results last a little longer over time.
Will I look "frozen" after Botox or fillers?
Not at Aestria. Our approach is subtle and natural: carefully placed, conservative amounts that soften lines and restore balance while you still look like you, just more refreshed.
How long do dermal fillers last?
Most hyaluronic acid fillers last between 6 and 18 months, depending on the area treated, the product used and how quickly your body breaks it down. Lips tend to need topping up sooner than cheeks or the jawline.
How many laser hair removal sessions will I need?
Most people need a course of around six to eight sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart, because hair grows in cycles. Before you start, your skin and hair type are assessed so the settings suit your skin tone, and a patch test may be done first.
Is there any downtime?
It depends on the treatment. As a general guide:
- Botox: none, though small marks or a little bruising can show for a day or two
- Dermal fillers: some swelling or bruising for a few days
- Microneedling: redness for one to three days
- Chemical peels: light peeling for three to seven days
- Minor procedures: depends on the procedure, and you'll get aftercare instructions
Dr. Adams will tell you exactly what to expect before you book.
Safety & aftercare
Do the treatments hurt?
Most people describe a pinch or mild discomfort. Numbing cream is used for treatments such as microneedling and fillers, and many fillers contain a local anaesthetic to keep you comfortable.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
- Tell us about any medications, supplements, allergies and medical conditions.
- Before injectables, avoid alcohol for 24 hours to lower the chance of bruising, and only stop a prescribed medication if your doctor says it's safe to.
- Arrive with clean skin and no makeup on the treatment area if you can.
- Avoid tanning and strong sun exposure before laser treatments and peels.
Can I have treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Most injectables and many aesthetic treatments are postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Let us know when you book, and Dr. Adams will advise which gentle, safe options are available to you in the meantime.
